In this episode, I explore how challenging situations reveal our true selves and provide opportunities for growth. Every time I face hardships and setbacks, I remind myself, that circumstances don’t create character they reveal it. Meaning, we find out who we truly are in difficult times. Over the last several years, we’ve seen firsthand how people react in the face of overwhelming adversity and today we explore how we can learn and grow through life's most difficult circumstances.
